This page is for our wedding party and guests staying on the Twenty Mile House property. You will receive direct emails from Maya and Conner with your specific assignments and any final logistics. Use this page as a quick reference for the weekend timeline.

4:00 PM — Arrive at Twenty Mile House

Check in to your accommodation. Keys are in the front doors. If you need help finding your house, head to the General Store. Please do not park in the cul-de-sac — that area needs to stay clear for shuttle access.

5:00 PM — Rehearsal Ceremony

Wedding party only. The full wedding party walks through the ceremony. Plan to be on property and ready by 4:45 PM.

6:00 – 10:00 PM — Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Gathering

On the patio at Twenty Mile House. Catered by Pangea — meet-and-greet style with appetizers, cocktail tables, and bar service. People can come and go.

Food service starts at 6:30 PM. The later portion of the evening overlaps with the broader Welcome Party that opens up to additional invited guests.

1:15 PM — Groomsmen arrive at Northfield Cabin (east side of property)

1:30 PM — Photography coverage begins. Groomsmen: be showered, in pants and undershirts. Wait for the photographer before putting on jackets and ties.

2:00 PM — Groomsmen Portraits

2:30 PM — Bridal & Detail Photos at Mountain View Escape

2:45 PM — Hair and makeup complete

3:00 PM — Bride and bridesmaids begin getting dressed

3:15 PM — Bridesmaids Portraits

3:30 PM — All ceremony details set for guest arrival

4:25 PM — Bridal party staged for processional

4:30 PM — Ceremony begins

5:00 PM — Ceremony ends. Family and wedding party stay for photos. Cocktail hour begins at the General Store.

5:30 PM — Wedding Party Photos

6:20 PM — Grand Entrance

6:30 PM — Reception begins / Plated dinner

7:45 PM — Toasts

8:15 PM — Cake cutting

8:25 PM — Special dances (First Dance, Father-Daughter, Mother-Son)

8:30 PM — Bouquet toss + Mexican Money Dance

8:35 PM — Open dance floor

12:00 AM — Event ends. After-party to follow.

10:30 AM — Check-out

Maya and Conner will go through all on-property accommodations. Please leave your keys in the room or cabin door. Wedding day items will be on the General Store counter for pickup.
