If you are staying on the property, check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Drive directly to your assigned house and park out front. Keys are in the front doors. Need help finding your house? Head to the General Store. Please do not park in the cul-de-sac.

Wedding party walks through the ceremony. Be on property and ready by 4:45 PM. Maid of Honor and Best Man, please arrive a few minutes early.

On the patio at Twenty Mile House. Catered by Pangea — meet-and-greet style with appetizers and bar service. People can come and go. Food service starts at 6:30 PM. This is by invitation only for our wedding party, immediate family, and guests staying on property.

Open to all invited guests. Drinks, music, and a chance to meet everyone before the big day. Plan to grab dinner or a snack in Graeagle on your way in — we will have appetizers (and maybe pizza), but it is not a sit-down dinner. RSVP required if you are arriving Friday evening. Details on how to RSVP coming soon.

Groomsmen arrive at Northfield Cabin on the east side of the property. Be showered and in pants/undershirt. Wait for the photographer before putting on jackets and ties.

Photographer rotates: bride’s side details first, then groom’s side getting ready, then bride’s side dresses.

Guests may begin arriving at the property. A champagne welcome table will be set up. Park in the designated lot — ushers will direct you to the ceremony site. Restrooms are at the General Store.

Guests should be seated by this time. Prelude music begins. Officiant meets the DJ for sound check.

Bridal party in position for the processional.

Outdoor ceremony at Twenty Mile House. Approximately 20–30 minutes. Officiant will announce: family stays for photos; everyone else heads up the pathway to the General Store for cocktail hour.

Cocktail hour begins near the General Store. Family and wedding party photos are happening during this time. Open bar with two bartenders — wine, beer (two kegs), liquor, soft drinks, lemonade, iced tea.

Maya and Conner take a few minutes at the Main House porch swing.

DJ announces the wedding party and the couple as they enter the reception.

Reception begins. Plated dinner served at farm tables under the open sky. Dinner runs about 90 minutes.

Champagne toasts. Speakers: maid of honor, best man, and a few selected family members. About 30–45 minutes.

Couple cuts the cake. Dessert bar opens immediately after.

First Dance, Father-Daughter Dance, Mother-Son Dance.

Bouquet toss followed by the traditional Mexican Money Dance.

Dance floor opens to all guests. DJ takes requests — Conner’s stepdad will play harmonica at some point and Maya’s sister has a song planned.

Main reception wraps. After-party to follow for those who want to keep going. Location and details coming closer to the date.

All on-property accommodations vacated by 10:30 AM. Maya and Conner will walk through every house — leave keys in the room or cabin door. Wedding day items will be on the General Store counter for pickup.

Sunday is for goodbyes. Take your time heading out, soak in the mountain air, and drive safe. Thank you for being part of our weekend.
