A more intimate gathering on the patio at Twenty Mile House for our wedding party, immediate family, and guests staying on property. Catered meet-and-greet style with appetizers, beginning at 6:00 PM. If this includes you, you will receive direct details from us.

Friday, August 7 — Welcome Party

All invited guests welcome • 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Join us Friday evening at Twenty Mile House for a welcome celebration from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Drinks, music, and a chance to meet everyone before the big day.

If you are arriving Friday evening, plan to grab dinner or a snack in Graeagle on your way in — we will have appetizers (and maybe pizza) at the Welcome Party, but it is not a sit-down dinner.

Saturday, August 8 — Wedding Ceremony & Reception

All invited guests • 3:00 PM arrival • 4:30 PM ceremony

Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at Twenty Mile House. Guests may begin arriving at 3:00 PM with a champagne welcome. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour, plated dinner, toasts, and dancing through the evening. The celebration concludes at 12:00 AM.

Saturday Night — After Party

For those who want to keep the night going, we will have an after-party once the main event wraps. Location and details will be shared closer to the date.

Sunday, August 9 — Farewell

Sunday is for goodbyes. Take your time heading out, soak in the mountain air, and drive safe. Thank you for being part of our weekend.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will take place at Twenty Mile House in Cromberg / Graeagle, California.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes. Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at Twenty Mile House, so please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive on Saturday?

Guests may begin arriving at 3:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

What time does the wedding end?

The celebration will continue through the evening and conclude at 12:30 AM.

What is the dress code?

Black tie. Men should wear tuxedos or dark formal suits. Women should wear long formal dresses or gowns.

What should I wear?

Please dress for a formal black-tie outdoor wedding. We recommend attire that feels elegant and formal, while also being comfortable enough for an outdoor setting.

What shoes should I wear?

Because the wedding will take place outdoors, we recommend choosing footwear that is comfortable for walking on natural ground.

What will the weather be like?

August in the mountains can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so guests may want to plan for both.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, parking is available on site.

Will there be shuttle service?

We plan to provide shuttle transportation on the wedding day for guests staying in the area. Final pickup details and locations will be shared once confirmed.

Where should I stay?

We recommend booking lodging in or near Graeagle, Cromberg, or Blairsden. Summer is a busy season in the area, so we encourage guests to book early.

Can I stay at Twenty Mile House?

The wedding party will be staying on-site at Twenty Mile House. All other guests should plan to book nearby lodging.

Do I need a rental car?

If you are flying in, guests should plan to rent a car to get to the Graeagle area.
