Drive straight to your house — keys are in the front doors. Need help finding it? Stop at the General Store. Please don’t park in the cul-de-sac — the shuttle van needs room to turn around.

Rehearsal Ceremony
Walk-through at the ceremony site in the forest. For the wedding party and anyone with a role in the ceremony — please be there promptly at 5:00.

On the patio. Appetizers, drinks, come and go — food service starts at 6:30. By invitation only: wedding party, immediate family, and guests staying on the property.

The wedding day • Black tie

Breakfast at the Main House
Come eat with everyone. Your cabin also has a full kitchen if you’d rather do your own thing.

River Party Picnic
Swimming hole, snacks, and a chill moment before the day kicks off. Bring a swimsuit and sunscreen. Note: the bridal party won’t be at the river party.

The wedding party will be tied up getting ready. Everyone else: hang out on the property if you’re here, or head back to your place to change and get ready. No obligations in this window.

Champagne on arrival. Ushers will direct you to parking and walk you to the ceremony site. Restrooms are at the General Store.

Outdoor ceremony, about 20–30 minutes. Afterward: immediate family stays for photos, everyone else heads up the path to the General Store.

On the wedding day, ushers will direct you to the designated parking lot when you arrive. If you’re driving onto the
property for the Welcome Party or the other weekend events, you can park on the property.
Please keep the cul-de-sac clear — the shuttle van needs the room to turn around.
